-A deposit of 25% is required to hold a goat. The goat is available for purchase until that deposit is received. We operate on a first come first served basis.

- The deposit is non-refundable. If something comes up and you are unable to obtain your goat, we will consider placing your deposit towards a future kid or you will possibly have to forfeit your deposit. Under special circumstances, we will attempt to work with you.

- All kids stay at the farm until they’re weaned. We do not sell bottle baby’s. Bucklings are weaned at 8 weeks and doelings at 10 weeks.

-When your kid is nearing weaning time, we will contact you to setup a date for you to pick your kid up. Goats must be picked up in a timely manner unless we have made other arrangements. We may be willing to meet you within a reasonable distance.

-Our goats are tested yearly for CAE and Johne's. The health of our animals is very important to us and we are committed to raising strong stock that will live long and productive lives.  However, we are not responsible for the health and wellbeing of any goats after they leave our farm. If there are any issues with your goat please contact us, as we have a lot of experience and will be more than happy to assist you with any issues or with finding a veterinarian you can trust.

-We will be taking reservations for breedings listed under our kidding schedule. No money is required to be placed on the list; just contact us and let us know what you’re interested in. All due dates are estimated. We have the right to retain any kids that are born regardless of the list.
